Job Description

Impact lives and communities by providing essential healthcare services in a diverse, underserved population. The Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) will conduct screenings, deliver individual and group therapy, and coordinate referrals, while also offering staff training on chemical dependency issues.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, community resource liaison, designing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering crisis intervention and counseling. The role requires a California SUD certification or registration, a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and at least one year of counseling experience. Bilingual skills and a valid California driver’s license are preferred.
