Job Description

We offer a *Part-Time* Home Health Speech Language Pathologist position in the *Muncie/Alexandria, Indiana area*.

This role provides *1:1 patient care* with flexible scheduling options, including weekend hours if desired, and mileage reimbursement.
Service areas cover Muncie, Alexandria, and nearby communities.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating patients and caregivers, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and coordinating care with physicians and staff.
Therapists will perform speech language interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications include Indiana licensure, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation. Previous home health experience is preferred but not required.
