Job Description

We are offering a part-time Home Health Speech Language Pathologist position in the Muncie/Alexandria, Indiana area.

  • Provide 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling and optional weekend hours.
  • Monitor patient progress, ensure compliance with physician’s orders, and educate patients and caregivers.
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate care through communication with the interdisciplinary team and physicians.
  • Perform therapy interventions using standard speech-language pathology techniques.

    • Qualifications include current Indiana licensure, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Previous home health experience is preferred.
