Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for a Part-Time role at our Bloomington location.
Provide comprehensive patient care by reviewing medical histories, conducting physical exams, ordering diagnostics, and delivering preventive and program counseling. Follow prescription guidelines under collaborative agreements and document all care in the EMR. Manage patient progress, facilitate referrals, and conduct follow-up calls. Serve as a clinical liaison, participate in training, and contribute to program development and operational improvements. Qualifications: DEA Certification and Certified Nurse Practitioner license are required.
