Job Description

We are seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

  • Deliver face-to-face primary care services to diverse patient populations, from short-term rehab to complex geriatric cases.
  • Participate in monthly educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to enhance patient care.

The role offers full-time or part-time options, with work scheduled Monday to Friday, in person. Qualifications include current state licensure, D.E.A. certification, and board eligibility or certification. The position offers up to $300,000 annually.
