Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate RN for our Neuro ICU in Cibolo, TX, to provide exceptional patient care on a PRN basis.

• Provide specialized nursing care for neuro ICU patients, monitoring neurological status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient changes, utilizing critical thinking skills.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
• Educate patients and families about neurological conditions and post-acute care.
