Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our women’s-only Licensed Behavioral Health Center, focusing on addiction and behavioral health.
Provide clinical leadership, oversee medical services, and ensure compliance with regulations like NCQA and HIPAA. Supervise medical staff, develop policies, and manage EMR/EHR systems to enhance clinical workflows. Lead clinical development projects, research initiatives, and quality assurance programs. Manage operations, budgeting, and resource allocation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and participate in strategic planning for service improvements. Must have extensive supervisory experience, healthcare leadership, managed care familiarity, and knowledge of clinical research and regulatory compliance. This full-time role offers $120K-$135K annually, with relocation assistance, and involves in-person work.
