Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.

Position Summary: Provide direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, while supporting the therapy team and maintaining high treatment standards.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, document services accurately, supervise clinical staff, and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development. Ensure safety and promote a positive facility culture.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure or candidate, CCC-SLP certification, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, and current CPR if required. Ability to work in San Pablo, CA, with physical ability for patient care and documentation.

Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay ranging from $58-$62, health insurance, and supportive work environment.
