Job Description
Seeking a full-time Bilingual (Spanish-English) Mental Health Counselor to provide individual and group psychotherapy to diverse, underrepresented clients, including LGBTQIA members.
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, and licensure or license-eligibility in Virginia.
Experience with therapeutic modalities like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Must have skills in rapport building, treatment planning, diagnostic assessments, and trauma-informed care.
Strong cultural competence, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both in-office and virtually in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, confidentiality, and working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Compensation starts at $55K with full benefits, flexible schedule, and professional development support.
