Job Description
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Mental Health Counselor to provide individual and group psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking clients, including those from diverse and underrepresented communities such as LGBTQIA.
Primary responsibilities include delivering mental health and substance use services in a professional and virtual setting, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring confidentiality.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, licensure or license eligibility in Virginia, and at least 2 years of bilingual counseling experience.
Ideal candidates possess skills in various therapeutic modalities, trauma-informed care, cultural competence, and excellent communication.
Compensation starts at $55K with benefits, flexible schedule, and hybrid work environment.
