We are hiring Nurse Practitioners for our mobile wound care practice serving patients in their homes and Assisted Living Facilities in Allegheny County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans. Provide advanced wound care and monitor progress. Use EHR systems for documentation. Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients on health management. Benefits:
