We are hiring Nurse Practitioners for a mobile wound care practice serving patients in their homes and Assisted Living Facilities in Allegheny County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Provide advanced wound care, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
Utilize EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Educate patients on health management and wellness.

Requirements:
Active Maryland NP license and ability to pass background checks.
Available Mon-Fri 9-5, comfortable with wound care, caring bedside manner, strong communication skills.
Preferred wound care certification and at least 1 year of wound care experience.
