We are seeking a Full Time Medical Family Therapist to join our team at the Ardmore Health Clinic, working 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
Summary: This role involves providing integrated mental health services to individuals, families, couples, and groups within a collaborative healthcare team. The therapist ensures quality care, conducts assessments, provides therapy (individual, family, group), and collaborates with medical providers to support patient well-being. The position emphasizes community outreach, documentation, and program development in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include: delivering various therapy services, utilizing evidence-based measures, conducting assessments, maintaining electronic health records, providing crisis intervention, collaborating with healthcare providers, participating in outreach, and supporting program improvements. The role requires professionalism, punctuality, adherence to policies, and ongoing training.
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in a related field, current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Oklahoma, and proficiency with electronic health records are essential. Preferred candidates may have 2+ years of experience and additional licenses such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Candidates must pass background checks and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. The work environment involves both office and clinical settings, requiring flexibility and the ability to handle stressful situations.
