Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room Supervisor / Charge Nurse

Job Description

Seeking an OR Nurse Supervisor in the Suffolk area to oversee surgical teams across various specialties including Orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, Podiatry, and Pain Management.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of OR circulation experience in an acute care or ASC setting and at least 2 years of nursing supervision, preferably in OR, ICU, or ER. Preferred candidates have 4+ years as an OR nurse supervisor, experience with orthopedic and outpatient procedures, EMR systems, and CNOR certification.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, medication management, clinical staff education, and collaboration with SPD. Most procedures involve general anesthesia or sedation. No call, nights, weekends, or holidays.
