Job Description
Summary:
Supervises and coordinates nursing staff in a patient care unit, ensuring patient needs are met and evaluating care quality.
Participates in planning, training, and educational programs for staff development.
Manages patient flow, communicates with departments, and serves as a clinical resource during crises.
Requires a nursing degree, at least 2 years of hospital nursing and supervisory experience, and current Texas RN license.
Certifications include CPR, ACLS (within 6 months), NIHSS, and de-escalation training; additional certifications as needed.
Offers multiple shifts on a per diem basis with a pay rate of $40/hour in an in-person setting.
