Seeking a full-time Pediatric Physician (MD) for an outpatient role in La Mesa, CA, offering $250,000–$280,000 annually based on experience and patient volume.

This role involves managing 22–25 pediatric patients daily, providing preventive care, treating acute and chronic conditions, performing minor procedures, and supporting adolescent behavioral health. The position emphasizes work-life balance with no weekends, standard hours, and minimal call rotation, supported by a dedicated team and strong hospital partnerships for specialist access.

Qualifications include MD with Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics, valid California license, and at least 7 years of clinical experience preferred. Proficiency in EPIC EHR and diagnostic skills are essential.
