Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse to join our healthcare team in the Tucson Area.
Assess, plan, and evaluate care for patients with complex wounds, including measuring and documenting wound characteristics. Develop individualized treatment plans and administer wound care, dressings, and topical medications. Educate patients and families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies. Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care. Utilize technology, including telemedicine platforms and electronic health records, for documentation and communication. Provide support in critical situations and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications: Current AZ RNP license, experience or certification in wound care, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology.
Details: Part-time, contract, per diem, or permanent roles with pay ranging from $75.00 to $85.00 per hour. Flexible schedules and on-the-road work included.
