*Overview*

Sunrise Recovery LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at our new location in Lafayette, Indiana. This role is integral to delivering high-quality behavioral health care to adults in a detox residential recovery center. You will play a critical part in psychiatric evaluations, physical assessments, treatment planning, and coordination of care with our interdisciplinary team.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
* Be available to respond to employee calls 24/7 when on-call, with a commitment to return calls within a reasonable time
* Authorize patient admissions and direct care, including prescription medication management.
* Personally assess, face-to-face, any patient with a valid medical complaint across all levels of care.
* Perform physical exams to assess overall patient health.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Provide daily care and documentation for patients in detox using KIPU.
* Ensure proper sterile processing protocols during relevant procedures.
* Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely patient records.
* Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans.
* Collaborate effectively with nurses, counselors, case managers, and medical staff.

*Qualifications*

* Master’s degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
* Current PMHNP certification and licensure in Indiana.
* No past or pending sanctions, debarments, suspensions, or exclusions from federally funded healthcare programs (Medicare/Medicaid).
* Strong proficiency in clinical evaluation and History & Physicals (H&Ps).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated commitment to empathy, professionalism, and quality care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
