We are expanding in the Sauk Centre, MN area and seeking a passionate *Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)*.

What You’ll Do

* Provide *primary and urgent care services* virtually (chat + video) and in-person (patient homes or workplaces)
* Provide and document visits, histories, referrals, labs, and follow-ups in the EHR
* Help patients understand and manage medications
* Perform (or learn to perform) *basic procedures like blood draws or cryo therapy*
* Build trusted relationships with patients and help them feel healthier and happier

What We’re Looking For

* *Licensure*: FNP-C, APRN, and RN licensure per the MN Board of Nursing, active
* *Certifications*: Current BLS
* *Experience*: 1+ year in family practice and/or urgent care with pediatric experience
* *Education*: Graduate of an accredited FNP program (Master’s required)
* This role requires in-person home visits. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
