Job Description

Seeking a licensed RN with supervisory experience to join our team with flexible openings, including 0.8 NOC, 1.0 PM, and 0.4 PM shifts.

Eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus for 0.5 FTE or more.

As an RN Supervisor, you will float between floors, guide PM staff, conduct rounds, oversee resident assessments, participate in care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate staff assignments, monitor care quality, educate team members, and address resident and family concerns.
