Seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a 24-day locum assignment in New York starting ASAP.
Responsibilities include providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and prescriptive services through home visits, mainly from 9 AM to 5 or 6 PM.
Duties involve engaging with patients in ACT teams, managing severe diagnoses like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and working with patients who may be verbally aggressive.
Requirements include board certification (PMHNP-BC) and experience with EMR systems.
