Job Description

*Outpatient Therapist (LPC or LCSW)*
Full-time | W-2 or 1099 | Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville)

*About the role*
Provide outpatient mental-health counseling in a group practice. Choose your caseload track: ages *14+* or *adults-only*.

*Key work*

* Intake, assessment, and evidence-based counseling
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR
* Coordinate care with medical and community providers
* Participate in case consultation and QA standards

*Qualifications*

* Active *Arkansas* LPC or LCSW, independent status
* Outpatient experience preferred
* Strong documentation and time-management skills
* Clear background and professional references

*Compensation options*

* *W-2 full-time:* salary or hourly, DOE
* *1099 contract:* competitive rate
