Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) for a full-time, onsite role in Alexandria, IN.

Provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention to underserved patients and families.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated, continuous care.

Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate electronic health records.

Utilize crisis intervention techniques and build connections with community resources.

Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy, active Indiana licensure, relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
