Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) for onsite work in Alexandria, IN.

Provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention to underserved patients and families.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure integrated, continuous care.

Develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and coordinate services for smooth care transitions.

Utilize crisis intervention techniques and build community resource partnerships.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in related field, active Indiana license, relevant healthcare or mental health experience, and strong communication skills.
