Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) for onsite work in Alexandria, IN.

Provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention for underserved patients and families.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, continuous care.

Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

Utilize crisis intervention techniques and build community resource connections.

Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in related field, active Indiana licensure, relevant healthcare experience, strong communication skills. CPI certification preferred.
