Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Lexington, NE.
Provide wound evaluations and management during weekly bedside rounds in skilled nursing facilities, including dressing changes, debridement, and G-Tube procedures (training provided). Conduct Home Health visits as needed. Must be outgoing, energetic, and experienced in skilled nursing environments. Requires at least 2 years of wound care experience, skilled nursing facility work, and debridement skills. Current Nebraska license and certification required; wound care certification preferred. Schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift, with on-call and weekend responsibilities.
Compensation is a daily rate of $800-$1,000, with benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
