Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Rogers, Arkansas, to provide exceptional patient care on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and assessing patients’ conditions with vital signs and clinical data
• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educating patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
