Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider in Columbus, IN, to join a multidisciplinary pain management team.

Enjoy a schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, working Monday to Friday during regular hours.

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians to diagnose, develop, and implement treatment plans, perform patient histories and exams, monitor progress, and educate patients on care management.

Provide hospital consults, facilitate referrals, ensure documentation accuracy, and participate in team meetings and training.

Requirements include valid licensure (RN, ARNP, or PA), certifications (BLS, ACLS), and strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Salary ranges from $100K to $110K, with comprehensive benefits such as medical coverage, PTO, retirement plans, and more.
