Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus after successful completion of 6 months on a 12-month contract.
Full-time Nurse Practitioner role working four shifts weekly, Monday-Thursday, with no weekends or holidays, and occasional PRN Fridays.
Schedule is flexible within 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with malpractice insurance and collaborating physician provided.
Responsibilities include independently managing acute and chronic health conditions, performing assessments, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Must be dependable, flexible, and proficient in clinic skills such as IV placement and lab work.
Requires current APRN licensure, certification, DEA, OBNDD, and DOT exam certificate (to be obtained within 3 months).
