Job Description
This is a full-time Social Service Therapist position requiring 40 hours weekly, with some evening and weekend shifts
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, psychosocial assessments, reporting abuse, providing individual, family, and group therapy, documenting activities, offering education and consultation, managing patient interactions with de-escalation techniques, and ensuring safety and compliance. Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Sciences, preferred licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT), at least two years of post-Master’s experience in mental health or substance abuse settings, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
