Job Description

Seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services for offenders.

Responsibilities include administering screening processes, developing treatment and education plans, ensuring quality assurance, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with staff on program evaluation and transitions.

Facilitates individual and group counseling, provides staff training, and supports policy development. Must have a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling, five years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC).

Preferred qualifications include experience with offenders, correctional environments, therapeutic communities, and familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapies.

Work involves indoor environment, occasional travel, and may require on-call duties. Shifts are five 8-hour days, including evenings and weekends. Compensation ranges from $25-$30/hour with comprehensive benefits. Must relocate to Lewistown, MT prior to starting.
