Job Description
We are seeking a Mental Health Professional for a correctional treatment program.
Provide therapeutic and psychological services, including group and individual counseling. Conduct screening assessments for treatment and educational suitability. Develop, monitor, and ensure quality standards for treatment, education, and after-care programs. Perform documentation audits, prepare reports, and assist with program evaluation and policy development. Coordinate with staff for smooth transitions and compliance with contractual and accreditation standards. Deliver staff training and maintain program records. Requires a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, five years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC).
Preferred qualifications include experience with offenders, correctional environments, and therapeutic models like MRT or cognitive-behavioral therapies.
This full-time role offers $25-$30/hour, benefits, and requires relocation to Lewistown, MT. Work involves in-person shifts, documentation, and occasional travel.
