Job Description

Join our team as a Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program, providing therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.

  • Administer screening processes for treatment and education suitability.
  • Develop, monitor, and ensure quality standards for programming and referrals.
  • Conduct audits of treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and after-care plans.
  • Collaborate with staff to collect data and prepare reports for leadership and compliance.
  • Facilitate group sessions and individual counseling; provide staff training.
  • Assist in policy development and program evaluation.
  • Maintain documentation, manage time effectively, and adhere to training requirements.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, five years of relevant experience, Montana licensure, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes working with offenders and in correctional treatment models. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits, with a requirement to relocate to Lewistown, MT.
