Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Supervise and support nursing staff in daily operations
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional patient care and develop care plans
  • Conduct physical examinations and assess patient needs
  • Administer medications, manage pain, and oversee infection control
  • Facilitate airway management and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide staff training, mentorship, and promote professional development
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and implement improvements
