Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.
Provide wound assessments, management, dressing changes, and perform medically necessary debridement in skilled nursing facilities. Participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with treatment nurses and establish care plans within facility protocols. Conduct Home Health visits as needed. Work independently in a dynamic environment, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with skilled nursing facilities, wound care, and debridement (minimum 2 years) is required. Wound Care Certification preferred. Will train for G-Tube management and have opportunity for on-call and weekend coverage. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Must hold current California medical license and be willing to travel 100%. Schedule is Monday-Friday day shift, with on-call as needed.
