Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.
Provide wound evaluations and management during weekly bedside rounds in skilled nursing facilities, including dressings, debridement, and G-Tube procedures (training provided).
Conduct Home Health visits as needed.
Work independently within facility protocols, establishing care plans for both acute and chronic wounds.
Must have at least 2 years of wound care and skilled nursing experience, with strong communication skills and familiarity with SNF environments.
Current California medical license and certification required.
Compensation ranges from $1,000 to $1,300 per day, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift, with on-call and weekend responsibilities as needed.
Willingness to travel 100% preferred.
