Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Oregon and Washington communities, providing expert oversight, mentorship, and continuity of care during leadership transitions.

As a clinical bridge, you will:

Step into leadership roles during vacancies

Conduct resident assessments & update care plans

Address resident and family concerns professionally

Oversee medication management and care delivery

Train and support care teams for compliance and confidence

Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with audits

Support onboarding of new clinical leaders

Qualifications include an unencumbered RN license, minimum 2 years supervisory nursing experience (preferably in assisted living), proficiency in EHR/EMAR, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
