Physician – Obstetrics – Part-Time

Job Description

The staff Obstetrics physician provides outpatient care, managing common acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and OB conditions according to ACOG guidelines.
Responsibilities include patient examinations, diagnoses, treatment plans, referrals, prescriptions, and procedures within scope.
The role involves seeing approximately 20 patients daily, managing walk-ins, and participating in after-hours call rotation (telephone only).
Key duties include supporting organizational values, documenting patient history, providing education, ensuring timely EMR charting, supervising NP/PAs, and collaborating with colleagues.
Qualifications include MD/DO with OB/GYN certification, licensure in CA, and preferably prior ambulatory experience and bilingual skills.
Must demonstrate professionalism, communication, leadership, and adherence to compliance standards, with flexibility to work at multiple sites, including evenings and weekends.
