Requirements

• Master’s Degree from accredited Nurse Practitioner program – REQUIRED
• ANCC or AANPCB Certification – REQUIRED
• Minimum 3+ years cardiac/cardiovascular surgery experience with ICU management – REQUIRED
• Experience with endoscopic vein harvesting & first assisting – REQUIRED
• Unrestricted DEA License – REQUIRED
• Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement – REQUIRED
• Active NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
• No current or prior sanctions/exclusions – REQUIRED
• Colorado State License – REQUIRED
