Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for a full-time position with a flexible schedule across multiple locations in Clifton Park and Queensbury. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care in interventional pain management and regenerative medicine, including assessments, diagnostics, procedures, and patient counseling.
Locations: Clifton Park (Mondays & every other Tuesday), Queensbury (Wednesday–Friday)
Schedule: 9 days per pay period, full-time
Qualifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner license; interest in pain management; neuro or ortho experience a plus but trainable; strong clinical and communication skills
Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians, perform exams and tests, interpret results, document care, and support patient wellness
