Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our interventional pain management practice with locations in Clifton Park and Queensbury.

  • Schedule: 9 days per pay period, working Mondays and alternate Tuesdays in Clifton Park, and Wednesdays to Fridays in Queensbury.
  • Qualifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner license, interest in pain management and regenerative medicine; neuro or ortho experience is a plus but will be trained. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities: Assess patient health, perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, document in electronic medical records, assist with procedures, and provide patient counseling. Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and collaborate with physicians.
  • Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus (paid at 6 months and 1 year). Willingness to travel 25% is required.
