We are seeking a compassionate RN – Team Lead for our Hospice team in Augusta, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies.

• Maintain accurate documentation and report on patient status.
