Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in Exeter, CA.

  • Perform physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
  • Accurately document encounters in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.

    • Qualifications include active FNP or PA license in California, with preferred primary care experience, proficiency in EMR/EHR, and strong clinical and communication skills. Knowledge of chronic disease management and medical coding is a plus.
