*Key Responsibilities*

*Comprehensive Assessment & Case Conceptualization*

* Evaluate clients across emotional, behavioral, academic, and social domains.
* Conduct trauma-informed assessments and share insights with the team.
* *Therapeutic Services*
* Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
* Collaborate with caregivers and clients in treatment planning and decision-making.
* *Treatment Planning & Coordination*
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
* Coordinate services with internal teams and community providers.
* *Documentation & Compliance*
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical records.
* Complete progress notes, treatment updates, and insurance authorizations.
* *Crisis Response & Emotional Support*
* Use Safe Crisis Management techniques and trauma-informed consultation during crises.
* Support clients through transitions and aftercare planning.
* *Team Collaboration & Communication*
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and share clinical insights.
* Practice the 7 Sanctuary Commitments to foster a safe, healing environment.
* *Professional Development*
* Receive 40 hours of annual training focused on trauma-informed care, positive approaches for youth, and clinical best practices

*Path to Licensure*

We support clinicians working toward licensure (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) through:

* *Clinical Supervision*: Provided by experienced supervisors to meet licensure requirements.
* *Diverse Experience*: Opportunities to deliver therapy across modalities and populations.
* *Training Hours*: Annual training contributes to continuing education credits.
* *Documentation Practice*: Learn best practices in clinical documentation and compliance.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
* Experience or interest in trauma-informed care and family systems.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and emotional regulation skills.
* Commitment to Sanctuary principles and the SELF model.

*Work Schedule: *School year position; M-F, daytime work schedule; salaried, exempt classification
