Job Description

Sign On Bonus $2500. Full-time RN Supervisor position available for a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Crescent City, CA. California RN license required. The ideal candidate will have skilled nursing experience and knowledge of assessment and QAPI processes.

Responsibilities include supervising floor nursing staff, leading the Nutrition At Risk program, assessing resident changes, IV medication administration, and maintaining documentation.

Job Details:

• Pay: $42.00 – $48.00 per hour
• Hours: 40 per week

• Schedule: Weekends as needed
• Location: In person
