Reputable community healthcare clinic seeks a Bilingual Spanish-speaking LCSW for onsite work to serve diverse populations in Healdsburg, Windsor, Geyserville, and beyond.

Join a team providing brief, group, and long-term therapy, health-focused counseling, and case management integrated with primary care. The role involves conducting same-day mental health consults, engaging patients through warm hand-offs, and addressing issues like depression, anxiety, substance misuse, chronic pain, and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities include patient interviews, psychological testing, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with medical providers. The ideal candidate has experience working with Latino communities, children/adolescents, crisis intervention skills, and knowledge of behavioral health techniques such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. EMDR certification and art therapy skills are a plus.
