Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Description

Seeking a full-time clinical social worker or professional counselor to assess client behavior, diagnose mental health issues, and develop effective treatment plans.

• Observe clients, assess needs, and create tailored treatment strategies.
• Diagnose psychological, behavioral, and emotional disorders.
• Consult with healthcare professionals and practice within regulatory guidelines.
• Administer social service programs and instruct families during treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in planning and meetings.
• Build empathetic, professional relationships to support underserved populations.

Requirements include proven experience, knowledge of social theories, and strong interpersonal skills.
