Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary clinic specializing in mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and addictions, including sexual compulsivity.
Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, facilitating group psychotherapy, and collaborating within a treatment team for day treatment and intensive outpatient programs.Ideal candidates possess skills in assessment, treatment planning, and building strong therapeutic relationships with diverse clients, as well as effective teamwork and a commitment to ongoing learning.Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field, current California licensure or trainee status, and experience in clinical therapy focusing on mental health, trauma, eating disorders, or addiction, with relevant certifications preferred.This full-time position offers a starting salary from $95,000 annually and benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development support. Work is conducted in person.
