The role involves providing individual therapy, facilitating group psychotherapy, and collaborating within a treatment team for day treatment and intensive outpatient programs.
The ideal candidate will have skills in assessment, treatment planning, and building strong therapeutic relationships with diverse clients, along with effective teamwork abilities and a commitment to ongoing learning.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field, current California licensure or trainee status, and experience in clinical therapy, with additional certifications in trauma, eating disorders, or addiction preferred.
This full-time position offers a starting salary from $95,000/year plus benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. Work is in person.
