Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated *Telemedicine Advanced Practitioner* (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care via virtual platforms in Arkansas skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

  • Deliver diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and order/interpret tests through virtual rounds with on-site staff.
  • Assess and manage patients independently, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
  • Work autonomously, making clinical decisions, especially in urgent situations, while demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Utilize telehealth technology and electronic health records proficiently.
  • Qualifications include a relevant degree, 2+ years of experience (long-term care preferred), and board certification.
